Franchesca is Great... Not that I'm a dummy, but pretty close where Tax Compliance is concerned! Franchesca held my hand and walked me through everything repeatedly without getting mad or upset and just kept answering my confusing questions no matter what they were... Not that I'm not confused, but I feel comfortable your company will guide me along the way as I add Tax Cloud to my website... One might think this is a company just trying to onboard your organization with their API and move on to the next new client. They are not; TaxCloud has proven to be a true partner in our efforts to comply with marketplace facilitator sales tax laws throughout the US. As a case in point, we were presented with several unique sales tax situations over the last 18 months. The organization applied its vast wealth of tax compliance knowledge and experience to our situations and guided us in the right direction each and every time. I'm unsure if I can thank Marion Roger and her team enough; their value to us has increased our value to our clients. I'm not sure one could ask for more from a business partner. If you're looking for an organization that is not just dedicated to its technology but its investment in human capital then you should seriously consider TaxCloud.

Customer service is nonexistent. We have been trying to get someone to help us for TWO MONTHS because their software is not properly reading our sales. They will reply to the initial email but stop replying to follow iOS. Update: Tax cloud reached out and fixed the issue promptly!

Thank you for the updated review Jessica! Hi Jessica - As Vice President of Customer Experience at TaxCloud, I wanted to help address your concern. Five members of our VIP Client Support team have been working closely with you since early September -- they instantly helped you handle your setup, state registrations etc. across about 15 tickets. In fact, most of the time you were either talking to them either directly via real time live chat with a real person or on a phone call; and there were a few by email. We can't imagine why you chose to say our service was "non-existent" but based on the tenor of your review, believe that perhaps some of the emails we sent were not getting to you. In any case, the current issue you are experiencing is perhaps tied to a setting in the shopping cart technology you use for your website. We suspect this minor issue is the same one some new merchants have if they don't use our technology at the time of sale as is your case. Your shopping cart widget is calculating taxes and then we extract the data from that system at the end of each month and use it in our reporting and remission service. If the data comes to us as though the item has not yet shipped to your buyer (is not yet shown as "FULFILLED" or "CAPTURED") then we do not consider it a completed transaction and will not report it. We are not sure WHY the data is coming to us as uncaptured transactions, but we asked you to investigate on your end why the sales were not showing in your e-comm system as complete. We cannot diagnose from our side. We also offered to do a video call with our team and never heard back so were not sure what the next steps were. You did send us a spreadsheet last week the night before Thanksgiving and it is in queue for review. Again, our agents work hard to ensure every single client has a positive experience. We were not aware that you were so unhappy, and we'd like to, as before, help you resolve. Let us know via our live chat when we can get in touch!?

Excellent advices We are a Swedish company looking to enter into the US market, but the US sales tax is very complex so we contacted Marion at TaxCloud that gave us a completely new understanding on how we should work with taxes in the US market. So now, when we are soon entering in US market, at least we know what we are doing in relation of sales taxation
