TaxCloudReviews of taxcloud.com

We have used TaxCloud for years, they are affordable, professional and very thorough.

Michael Johnson was extremely helpful in figuring out my issues. TaxCloud support has always been able to help me with any issues. While the TaxCloud integration is a great way for our small business to maintain our online store presence and not have to worry about filing taxes in other states.

Some of the best customer service you will ever get. And do exactly what they say and they follow through quickly. 10 stars

My support from Ginia at TaxCloud was outstanding. As someone contacting from our company on another's behalf, I had lots of questions and issues to tackle. Ginia was patient, pleasant, and extremely helpful in breaking everything down with, and for me.

We are a small e-comm business that is balancing our sales tax process as we grow into our economic nexus needs. Ginia has been there with us for the past year, providing quarterly reviews and recommending strategies related to our sales tax process. Her patience, professionalism, courtesy and knowledge are admirable, especially when we are a lean company needing clarity and guidance. I look forward to strengthening our partnership with TaxCloud as we work towards implementing an ERP system that integrates with TaxCloud. I am most grateful Ginia!

It is not everyday you find an employee who is willing to go beyond the call of duty by staying past scheduled work hours without being asked too, in order to asssist a customer. As someone who has owned and operated a business for 14 years, i know that such an employee is indeed a diamond and i am so happy to say that Ginia Hines of Tax Cloud is indeed a diamond. It is not the first time i have been fortunate to interact with her and i must admit that she has left a very favourable impression upon me as a very proffessional and courteous employee which bodes well for Taxcloud. I was grappling with an issue with sales tax for my online store and just when i thought that this issue would never be solved i was fortunate to connect with Ginia on the support chat and she systimatically walked me through the process to troubleshoot and identify what the issue was and solved it. Words cannot adequately express my deep appreciation and gratitude for the support i received from this company representitive. Thank you Taxcloud and Ginia Hines for not only making my day but for also making my week one to remember for the joy and relief brought to me as a result of solving this problem

Hi there, I signed up to utilize TaxCloud as a new business owner. I started an e-commerce business on Etsy and I was offered the opportunity to work with TaxCloud to handle my tax matters. This is a wonderful organization that truly cares about the experience their customers receive. The women representatives that have assisted me, are professional, dedicated and excellent with follow up. I highly recommend checking out their services. Sincerely, K. Slade / Owner Slay It!
