When it comes to tax services, customer service is crucial, and TaxCloud has done a stellar job -someone is only a call away! If a message is left, a call back comes in a timely manner, and yes, they actually answer emails. I have worked with Rianna, JT, and Melanie, all of whom were awesome.

The best thing about TaxCloud is you get better support which I did not expect since they are also one of the cheaper tax solutions. This is my go to tax solution not just for the price, but for the team running TaxCloud as well. We use TaxCloud for our marketplace sales tax calculations. The integration took less than a week and it's fully automated now and I rarely give it thought since it just works. We do over 2.5k orders per day with buyers and sellers in different states in the US.

TaxCloud simplifies the sales tax reporting for us in all 50 states. The price is very reasonable and the customer service is responsive and friendly. I got a scary letter from a state saying I was delinquent, but within 24 hours TaxCloud had it resolved and corrected.

I started using TaxCloud when we shifted to selling supplies and merch online and needed to track our tax liability beyond just California. It gets the job done and I like not having to spend time on the filings myself each month. Their customer support used to be hit and miss for us, but lately, over the last 6 months or so, I get responses much quicker and my issues seem to get resolved in just a few days. I also noticed their emails look different so it seems like they changed some things over there and it's been really working well. I get sent helpful links to FAQ pages that have screenshots or videos or sometimes right in the email to me as well. I had a quick question today, a holiday, and I got an automated email that they were closed, which is fine... and then I STILL got a response from one of their support reps and got taken care of. I'm not a huge company, so I appreciate still being able to get help and even an offer for a phone call. Definitely recommend.
