Began to charge without active notice . Ridiculously priced for service level

Thanks for the review. Unclear what you are saying about being "charge without active notice ". You went live with our service in January 2019 - which is when you would begin to be charged. You used (you no longer send us transactions) our state paid service in 25 states (at no cost to you). So calling our pricing "ridiculous" is in itself ridiculous. We wish you well in finding a better value in the sales tax automation market.

I got tax cloud to try as a trial
I got tax cloud to try as a trial. I did not like it and canceled however they keep trying to charge me. I have tried to log in to cancel again but the website just sits loading and never takes me to the correct page. I contacted customer service and they were not any help.

Hi Heather - You can disable your account under Settings > Profile then click on the Account Status button. We've done this for you. If you would like to keep your account open you have 72 hours to log-in and re-open your account. All the best in your business!

Terrible dashboard from the 1990s and…
Terrible dashboard from the 1990s and subpar support. I regret the day I created an account at Taxcloud and will move to another service asap.

Terrible reports and bad customer service
We've been working with TaxCloud for almost a year and we are not satisfied. Their reports are terrible, they were supposed to make our job of filing sales tax easier but they actually make it more complicated. We need to file tax on 19 States, and this is a nightmare every month. The reports they provide have the wrong data and are difficult to read and understand. If it wasn't for our own reports we would be filing it all wrong. They acknowledged the problem but don't do anything about it or even reply to our e-mails anymore.

Penalty Fees
TaxCloud will my charge my CC, and every once in a while they have an issue with being rejected. No one knows why, but TaxCloud will then charge me $100 penalty fee, which they charge to my CC, and have no issues receiving payment. This has been very frustrating. They will not issue a credit, even after it is clear that it is indeed working.
