Great people to work with. They answer the phone and work hard to answer my questions. I had issues getting set up but was very pleased with the guidance offered to solve the problem. TaxCloud has been up and running for some time now without problems. I am very happy with the service.

Free, effective and helpful! TaxCloud works seamlessly with WooCommerce and makes sales tax painless and free for the merchant in 25 states! We've used it for several months and found the integration effective, and the customer service helpful when we have a question.

Very competent. I went through 2 other services before I found these people. The lady I dealt with was very intelligent and knew exactly what I needed for my tiny business! Thanks so much!

TaxCloud was extremely helpful in getting deregistered from states, previously registered under their Automated Compliance. Spoke with Pat, and he offered great support!

We spoke to Richard. He simply wanted to confirm that he was removed from the SST program which as of July he was. Best of luck moving forward Richard!

Great plugin to figure out your taxes. It takes a bit of time to configure, but once it is in place it does all of the work for you.
