I've reached out to their support team a few times, and each time was responded to quickly. I wasn't having any technical problems, I was asking about feature updates, and they've been great and letting me know when new features will be released and what's in the pipeline. Great support team for sure

The Tastyworks support teams (General support and trade desk) are great and knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions on the trades, expiration actions, assignments and exercises as they differ from TDA. So be sure to ask them clearly to avoid making any mistake!!

Helped me navigate a VERY tricky 1 for 15 reverse stock split. It was especially complex because option positions were involved. Top shelf knowledgeable. Great execution service unloading option positions affected by the reverse split

I'm fairly new to TastyWorks and my experience has been mostly positive. They have a nice platform, and their execution and pricing are first rate. The only reason I'm giving them a great as opposed to excellent is an issue I'm having with someone in compliance in putting an LTA in place. We've been going back and forth. The person I'm dealing with knows that I have a peripheral nerve issue which affects my handwriting, but he's insisting that the authorized agent fill out a section, which he says is not clear, but others seem to have no problem reading. I'm not going to give into compliance's ableism so we'll see where this goes.

On more than one occassion tasty works support have been fantastic in the assistance they offered. They were very quick to respond ( literally within the hour). They were polite and knowledgeble on my queries and able to assist on my exact problems. This was of signifance as Im an international client which often adds extra barriers and have been problems with other brokers in the past. I often struggled to talk to a representative. Example of two instances: When i first moved my account to tasty works via ACAT transfer there was a slight problem which was quickly explained and cleared up. Account was up and running shortly after. I had run into some problems with PDT violations while testing trading strategies. My emails were answered within 10mins. And the problem was sorted in the same hour.

I had a question about expiring options for crude oil. The reply was timely and very detailed. It completely answered my question.
