Last Monday, Oct 31, I entered IWM Sell Call Option. I wanted to close my trade with $.05 GTC but failed because I could not find the Positions Tab that the video was illustrating. I noticed my trading screen and the video's trading screen are different. Then this morning at 5:43 AM I got a response, to my email sent at 4:44 am, from Tastyworks/Support - Anthony - with subject: Expiring options iwm. In his email, he included the link : Close an Options Position. This time I clicked the Web Browser Platform instead of the Desktop Platform. Then, the Ah HA moment. At 10:50 AM I was able to close my expiring option. What? all this time I am using the WEB not the desktop :):):):) but now i know. yeaks :):):):) Anthony, thank you so much for your prompt attention. You have a great day. Made my day.

Maybe being a bit more specific would help, in case a more unknowledgable person would be asking, but other than that I enjoyed the support i've been given

Not only is it an amazing product that they offer--truly the best in class--but their operations are second-to-none. I've worked in the corporate world for almost 2 decades and I've been part of companies with horrible product but great operational teams, and companies with wonderful product potential but complete incompetency when it comes to delivery/execution. Never have I witnessed a company like Tastyworks where they are masters of both. Truly extraordinary and almost too good to be true. Their support center/customer service should be the model for all other companies.

It took me 3 minutes to receive back the answer from the support desk... what else could I say?. Fast, accurate, proffesional, and kind people.

Platform is awesome. Customer service is extremely fast with personal touch. Tastyworks is honestly the best brokerage I've used in decades of trading. No one else comes close.
