Shopped online for a part that only Tasca had in stock. Other sites charged about $50 (based on size and weight of the shipment) for the parts, while Tasca was at $197. "Chatted" online with them numerous times and every time I was assured they'd fix their mistake (their database had incorrect size info for the part)... In the end, they never made that change so the shipping charge stayed ridiculously high. I ended up not buying the part at all and found a different solution. Wasted a LOT of time with these clowns and will not check with them again in the future for other parts as this is not the first time I've run in to this with them. It is (was) the last time, though.

I ordered a part 7 days ago and I still waiting and I went to see the order status and after 7 days say in progress really bad service

This is a follow up review. My Lincoln Nautilus had a leak. The water was coming in and filling up my spare tire well. I brought it to two other dealerships and they couldn’t find the leak. I brought it to Tasca in Cranston and was met by Eric Defalco he was very understanding and comfortable to talk to. In my first review I explained how it was a joy deal with with Eric. With this follow up review I want to say this past week 3/4/24-3/9/24 we had close to 3”-5” of rain and I have not one drop of water in my SUV. I tip my hat to all the technicians who worked on my SUV not only no water but the inside of my SUV is DRY no moisture or musty smell. They didn’t just fix the leak they dried out all the insulation too. I thank you for an outstanding job!

From the time I placed my order until I received it was 2 weeks. In today's world, that is unacceptable. That's just the beginning. I unwrap everything, it appears to be ok and I throw out all the packaging. I go to install it to find out they sent me duplicates of one part and none of another. Now they won't take the duplicate back and send me the right part because I don't have the packaging. They screwed up, not me. Now I'm screwed because I assumed they were competent and got my order right. This place is a joke. Stay away.

Was over-charged for a bolt which was listed as "Package of 3", but was only one bolt. Then due to SUPER-SLOW shipping i was forced to complete my repair with parts sourced locally. Now I'm trying to return the parts and they; have no phone number, don't return emails, and don't respond to their CS comment page. To make it worse, the page you need to go through to get an "RMA#" number to return your parts, is constantly "in error" and won't load (50+ attempts).

I called TASCA and spoke with a chap named Matt in Parts. What I learned, is that this company owns OEMPARTS.COM. My account was charged by TASCA for a purchase I made on OEMPARTS.COM. I tried contacting that company but they don't have an active phone number. I called the BBB and there is no record of them there. I came here to Trust Pilot, they had no information on OEMPARTS.COM either. According to the overwhelming negative reviews here on TrustPilot for TASCA, it is no wonder I was confused, and suspicious. I called my bank immediately to see if the charge was there. It was. It showed up as TASCA, not OEMPARTS. When I put all of my credit card information in at OEM, when I clicked to pay, a message came on that said the transaction could not be processed. Really? Fortunately Bank America was on the ball and put a stop on the payment. There is no way, other than email to contact OEM. They don't show up anywhere on line, other than the web site. I spent over an hour trying to find information and contact phone numbers for them. I would not recommend this company at all. The multitude of reviews here say it all. Stay away.

Trash, wants $400 to ship an item that was already agreed to be shipped for $100. This is over $200 worse than other vendors selling the same parts.

This company practices classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I had them quote a part and they gave me a price. They asked my address to quote a price for shipping and I gave it to them. They gave me the total. Almost a week later I'm wondering where the part is. I expected it delivered and no email or anything. So I go to their site with my order number and there is a message saying they want to charge me almost $50 dollars more. They are trying to blame Honda saying they could not control the size of the box. Although that is a lame excuse like it's their first time and they seemed to not have a second guess in the first place. They hope for dummies to buy with their bait and then switch it at the last minute without even the decency to send an email as well. This company should be ashamed of themselves for trying the bait and switch! BUYER BEWARE!!!
