I have placed 3 orders in the past year and ended up canceling all 3 in frustration. They never have anything in stock despite what the website may say. After the order was placed they needed more money because the part number was "updated". They have a 5-7 day "processing" time before the order ships and if it doesn't ship in that time frame it will take an additional X amount of days and so on. They never have any actual timeframe information and are simply a 3rd party vendor. Don't waste your time!

UPDATE: I got the refund and emailed response after this post! Never received my part , no possible comminucation to get to them

Have used Tasca several times to get those increasingly harder to find parts for my 2010 SHO. This time a rear impact bar was ordered. FedEx delivery to the United Kingdom was both fast and reasonably priced, especially when compared with other parts suppliers. Part number matched to VIN and correct. For me, this was another good experience with Tasca.

UPDATE: I got the refund and emailed response after this post! I ordered a part, was charged for it, and it has never shipped. I've called - no one answers. I've tried "Live Chat" on their website - apparently there is nothing that is on the other end of it as they were "ringing the person" for 1.5 hours! I've emailed - no reply. This place seems like a total scam to me. It is pretty obvious no one cares about their "customer service".

$ 1412.28 was charged for item they did not have and could not supply . They finally cancelled order but only refunded $1334.50. I inquired about the $66.88 shortfall but have had no response. Do not deal with this seller!!

Had an outstanding experience with Tasca parts. Ordered OEM inside door handle for my 2002 Miata. Ordering was simple and customer service was great. This was the best price online. Part arrived in 9 days of actual order. Very happy.

Super slow delivery, poor communication. I placed the order 10 days ago, all parts listed as in stock, Told today via online chat, no phone number listed, told to wait 3-5 days for delivery. This will be the only order I place with them. Also their reviews on the site must be bogus, there is no way to make a new review there.
