The lens advertised as scratch-resistance, but in 2 months of use, the lens already show small scratch. It's so fragile.

Called 6 times in two days (Target Optical on Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral).This guys don't answer phone. Will try to get some service from some other company.

Buying glasses from target was a nightmare from start to finish. First I provided my prescription and doctor info and a week went by without any update. I had to contact them to find out the doctor info wasn’t on the prescription picture even though I provided it. I finally got the glasses and the lenses were terrible. So reflective it looked like they were coated with fog. Then I went to return them at target optical in store to find out they don’t take returns for online orders. Who is the genius that came up with this policy. I’ll never buy from target optical again. They’re useless garbage. Update: now after 2 weeks after they received my return I had to chase them for a refund. It took four reps until I found someone who could help only to find out the refund was locked in the system and never actually issued so they had to do it manually today. This is unbelievable from a place like target. No one informed me of this issue and were just waiting on me to chase them for a refund. I will never in my life buy anything from target again. This is by far the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with.

If I can I will give them zero start, did an appointment cancel because both doctors were sick, (sight) , went yesterday formula other appointment. Was closed, called phone no answer. Nobody called to asked me why I didn't go to my appointment considering the side stays that it was open since 9AM.

I was very pleased with my trip to Target for my annual exam. Dr. Wilson was thorough and walked me through the entire examination with pertinent, details, from A-Z. The Target associates, here, were also instrumental in helping me with my frame choices, fit and quotes as to when I could expect to be ready for pick up. Hats off to all staff involved to make my exam a success. Thank you.

Awesome job on my eyeglasses with progressive transition lenses. The frames were exactly what I wanted. The clarity on the lenses were the best I have ever had. I absolutely love them and I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my purchase.

Best shopping experience for glasses!

Target Optical Online has been the worst return service I’ve experienced. I had to return contacts that were the wrong prescription. A printing label was sent and I shipped the contacts back within the next day. It is now 6/28/24 and no refund, the return notice advises it would take 15 days for the return of funds but it’s been 18 days since and when I called customer service, I was told my return did not trigger the system. If a customer has to wait a whole 23 days just for a refund is a bit excessive. I definitely will not be purchasing in the future, I tried out target optical once and will be my last.
