Rep. Maggie was extremely helpful. First time I have used EDDM, she educated me and helped me nail down mailing per postal code, by showing average incomes.

Do not do business with them. I was going to spend over 11,000 dollars with them but I am glad I didn’t. They have horrible customer service. They don’t return calls. They lose your designs. All the bad reviews they have are similar to my experience. Stay away.

Hi Eric, sorry to hear about your experience. We will review your concerns and have a rep contact you to provide additional support.
