Do not use this Company for direct mailing. Hard as you work for your money do not give it to this Company. They will not do what they say they will do. You flyer are not being mailed out! After sending out (what they claim) close to 3,500 flyer, I have not gotten not one call or inquiry to the business. This is a red flag. The Account Manager can care less. Shana, Casey and everyone else who work for this Company don’t care about their Customers. (There is always a child in the background like you can tell they work from home). Flyers are not being sent and I confirmed it with the post office. Whatever that bogos tracking they provide is fake.

I have wanted to use the EDDM service with USPS for a long time but I'm so busy and I assumed it would be really time consuming to get all the parts together. This company did literally everything for what seems like a very minimal markup. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants easy mailer marketing.
