Overall, things are simple and very user-friendly. I hope they send me a copy of the artwork once it's on a card, before they send it out. The page loaded very slowly, which made it take longer to make changes to the artwork. Lastly, there is no review option before it is sent for purchase. That would be a nice option.

I guess it was partly a computer problem, but I had trouble creating a new postcard with a duplicated map. I couldn't scroll to the bottom of the page, and had to make view teeny tiny to fill out. I was suddenly bumped to the previous page and had to fill in the whole form over again.

The maps and all the demographic information are super helpful. Good customer experience. Two improvements I would LOVE to see are: 1. Being able to enter multiple addresses at once to the map. 2. Being able to see the design we've selected/uploaded at check out. Knowing I've uploaded the right file before I hit send and then being able to see that design in the recent orders portal would be really helpful!

Fair customer service, good map, and options for resending. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the map does not allow you to deselect apartment housing so we are going to have to swallow those bones as that is not our target audience.

The website is fairly easy to navigate and they are available to answer questions. The on-line editor for the mailers is great, if a little limited in features. I cant complain about tyhat either because it was easy to use and ended up making what looks like a great mailer.

It was easy to find my target and know how much it was going to cost with adding the selected mailing zone. The ordering process was simple and easy. The only thing I suggest improving is phone usability. I originally tried on my phone I got so annoyed I almost didn't use your site. What saved you where your competitors websites being even harder to use. I am glad I gave you a second chance.
