Great response time to initial inquiry. Unprofessional to have me take a survey before the service has actually been completed

The online tool to create the EDDM was hard to use and often glitched, lengthening the process. It is however convenient to know the right size for the cards is available and we don't have to worry. Overall something I recommend for people that have no previous experience in EDDM
Response from TaradelDec 14, 2023
Hi Jan, your feedback is appreciated and was shared with our technical team 🛠️ Glad to know the sizing options were helpful! Thank you for recommending us and for your patience.
