When I asked for a real and official…
When I asked for a real and official proof of my postcards sent by USPS … Tardell only sent me a pic of an excel spreadsheet with no logo or identification of USPS for $800 when I Paid more than $ 1800

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how the documentation provided could be confusing, and we’d like to clarify. The postage statement provided for your order was the official USPS Postage Statement (3602-R Form), which documents the postage associated with your mailing. This form reflects the postage cost only; it does not include the cost of printing because your postcards were printed by Taradel, a separate entity from the United States Postal Service. Your total order cost includes both printing and postage, which is why the amount shown on the USPS documentation does not match the full amount you paid to Taradel. Our Director of Customer Service previously reached out in an effort to schedule a call with you so we could walk through the documentation and address your concerns in detail, but unfortunately, we were not able to connect. We would still be more than happy to speak with you and thoroughly explain the documentation associated with your recent orders, including what each document represents and how it relates to your order costs and mailing. Please feel free to contact us so we can arrange a time to discuss this with you directly.
