TAPSTITCH is exactly what I needed to help me produce top quality custom print tees on quality fabrics. The prices are very competitive, and I've never been happier with an online custom t-shirt shop. I will definitely be purchasing more. Love the very reasonable option of purchasing just one versus a bulk order. The different tees/items/materials choices are excellent. I will start this off with the classic; "if I could rate this a zero or even a negative I would." The reason for this initial statement is because the reply that I received to my previous review proved to be a now confirmed rouse. The order was re-made. I received QC photos prior to re-shipping, I informed them that the remake placements and sizing were still incorrect. I had given and confirmed the exact sizing multiple times. They then re-made them, (this now the 3rd re-make). The QC photos of this third attempt were correct and approved. UNFORTUNATELY, what I just received today (late based off their promise to use an expedited shipping method due to their mistake(s) was INCORRECT. To simplify this even further: original order - wrong - remake - wrong - remake again - correct - shipped first remake which was WRONG. The ineptitude, lack of attention to any detail(s) whatsoever and all around disrespect of my time and money is inarguably and flat out AWFUL. Ideally I would like to speak with one of the owners of this company, as an owner of multiple successful businesses I think a conversation of owner to owner would be ideal.

Hi Darren, We owe you a heartfelt apology. You put time, trust, and clear instructions into this order — and after multiple remakes, you still received something that didn’t match what you approved. That’s not just a mistake, it’s a failure on our part to respect your time and your business. After digging into the issue, we discovered that the mockups produced during design weren’t perfectly aligned with our production output in terms of print sizing. This caused a mismatch even when QC photos looked correct. We’ve now fixed this gap in our process, so what is approved in QC will match exactly what’s produced. We understand this doesn’t undo the frustration or lost time, and we’re genuinely sorry for putting you through it. Still, we’d like the chance to make things right — with your next order personally handled by our senior production team to ensure 100% alignment with your approved specs. Your feedback is the reason we found and fixed this flaw. For that, we’re grateful — and we hope we can earn back your trust. – The Tapstitch Team
