Before I signed up I reached out to their customer service as I’ve been unhappy with other dropship providers. They were quick, kind and so very helpful. Best decision I made was to sign up.

In full honesty, chat can sometimes take a little bit of time with them, but the outcome is totally worth it. I had reached out regarding a delay on a sample order placed, and the agent Sharon escalated the issue promptly to the account services team and got my shipment sent out within 24 hours, having it arrive in time for my team retreat deadline which was crucial for our business. I can’t thank Lee and the team enough for their prompt action, follow up, and attentiveness to my issue. All of the gear looked phenomenal as well. Thank you!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had an issue that needed resolving, and the response I received was completely unhelpful. The representative named GLEN who I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no intention of assisting. Zero stars if I could give it. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company!!!!!!
