We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused — especially after your long-term trust in Tapstitch. You’re absolutely right to expect urgency and transparency when paying for express shipping, and we deeply regret that we didn’t meet those expectations this time. To clarify, your order has already been shipped and is currently at the Hong Kong port awaiting vessel loading. That said, we fully understand that this update should have been communicated to you clearly and much earlier — and that’s our responsibility. We’ve already escalated your case to a senior support specialist who will contact you directly with an additional compensation solution for the delay. We know this doesn’t undo the inconvenience, but we hope it shows that we take this situation — and your business — seriously. We’re genuinely sorry for letting you down and for the disappointment this has caused. We value your loyalty over the past year and truly hope you’ll give us another chance to make things right. – The Tapstitch Team
