Hi Ballac, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. 🙏 We truly appreciate your kind words about our products and services, as well as your constructive feedback regarding the Etsy integration. We understand how important accurate shipping origins and timelines are for your business, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Your observation about the Etsy shipping profile setup is extremely valuable, and our technical team has already been informed to review and address this concern. We’re committed to improving our integration to ensure it correctly reflects the fulfillment location — especially for U.S.-based orders — so that your customers can have an accurate and seamless experience. We genuinely appreciate your patience and for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us refine our systems and better support our partners. Please know that we’re actively working toward a resolution, and we’d love the opportunity to earn back your full confidence. 💪 Thank you again for your honesty and continued support of Tapstitch. – The Tapstitch Team ❤️
