Regarding your concerns on product features: embroidery is something we are actively working on internally, and this service is already in development. We expect it to be available in the near future. In addition, custom packaging options (including branded packaging) are part of our roadmap for this year. We’re also currently testing custom hang tags and thank-you cards, which will be rolled out more broadly soon. On the account deletion process, we’d like to clarify that requiring contact with customer support is a security measure. This is designed to protect users in case of unauthorized access — for example, preventing someone from maliciously deleting your account and all associated designs and data. For this reason, deletion requests must be verified through the registered email address. We understand that some of our current features and processes may not yet meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate you highlighting these gaps. Feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us improve. We hope that as these upcoming features are released, you might consider giving us another try.
