Dear Customer, We’re truly sorry for the frustrating experience you had, and after reviewing the case internally, we completely understand why you feel disappointed. The issue here was caused by a newly onboarded support agent who was not yet sufficiently familiar with both our refund system operations and the correct service process. In your situation, the correct resolution should have been a full refund from the beginning, and we sincerely apologize that this was not handled properly. What you experienced does not reflect the standard of service we expect at Tapstitch. We understand how frustrating it is to be told one thing and then receive a different refund amount afterward, especially after already dealing with issues related to the product itself. We have already internally reviewed this case and are strengthening our onboarding and training process to prevent similar situations from happening again.
