The company truly stands by their…
The company truly stands by their guarantee. The initial unit that I ordered failed after a couple of months. I notified their customer service department. They immediately handled the problem and I was issued a new electric toothbrush immediately. It was a good experience. Thank you.

The company kept their word on my…
The company kept their word on my delivery date and the toothbrush is everything the company said it would be but, I have only had my it for close to two weeks. I love this toothbrush already looking forward to better results and yes, I am over 50 years old!

This was the second problem I had with…
This was the second problem I had with my TAO toothbrush. I sent an email explaining my problem and when I had not heard from them in 10 days I emailed again and they replied promptly that they were shipping another toothbrush and sanitizer. It arrived promptly and works great. I love the TAO toothbrush and the sanitizer. Customer service is very good and the sanitizer and toothbrush matches the vein in the granite.

I really like how well it cleans
I really like how well it cleans, it's like going to get your teeth cleaned at the dentist. Love it. I'm very serious about getting them for Christmas presents for my kids.love it.

I really feel like my teeth are getting…
I really feel like my teeth are getting super clean. At first it really tickled my tongue , but used to it now. I like how my toothbrush is getting sanitized every time I use it. Getting one each for my son and daughter in law for Christmas . (from a retired dental assistant)

I love the tooth brush
I love the tooth brush. The shipping company was not good. I entered my PO Box and the company would not deliver to USPS. If I had known that I would have put my home address. On the tracking page it said I could update the address. I had to call the company 4 times and they still returned it back to the company and I finally received it. I love the toothbrush.
