I needed to try this because of the sanitation thing that they advertised and they said that it is better for sensitive teeth. That is not true. The vibrations actually hurt my teeth more than the one that I’m already using. Customer service was great they sent me a brush so that I could try it which is good customer service. But in the end I lost $10 in shipping plus the original shipping charge that I paid just to try their product! That’s not worth it to me and that’s why I gave it a bad rating.. It may be business and it might be their customer service but to lose money just to try something it’s not worth it. So buyer beware.

Brush heads are too long and skinny and hard to maneuver. Toothpaste sprays everywhere just when changing from one side to the other. Irritation on the roof of my mouth. Not impressed.

I have been in communication with your company about the TAO hurting my mouth and I was instructed to use the little button and then they were going to sends softer brush. The little button makes it better but the brush was still to much and upon talking with them they were going to send a softer brush - that has NOT come.

I was not happy, I was looking for a new toothbrush I have my sonics Phillips toothbrush for years and wanted to try something new. Saw an advertisement on one of the medias and decided to buy it. The shipping was fine. It was too big to put in the same spot as my old toothbrush, disappointing, and the core did not reach to the plug-in. The toothbrush itself was too soft and did not reach all the areas that I was already getting before at this point, I just want to return it just not for me.

Unfortunately not for me. At first I found even the lighter speed too strong for my gums… got used to it after a few weeks but then noticed I had started getting tooth sensitivity and possibly gum regression. Need to go to my dentist to see if he can help, but have had to stop using. This has taken more than 45 days to work out, so too late for a refund.

I will say, I recieved this very fast which was very nice. The packaging was pretty. And the brush looked nice. I didn't like the way the color looked in person it is different from online. But once I put it together I tried it out. As soon as it touched my teeth I had to turn it off! I dont know how anyone can stand the vibrating. It is so strong and it tickles and I just couldn't stand it. I think I will stick with the Oral B. This is pretty but not worth the money. I can not get used to the fast vibrations. Pretty sad because I was really looking forward to this product helping me. Price point for this is just crazy also. Overall disappointing.

I loved my toothbrush but after about 6 months it would not hold a charge. I rebooted and still it would not charge.

the brush is to stiff and doesn't clean the edges of each tooth, just the center where I suppose it's raised more with a bit of a curve
