The brush works good. But it is very hard almost too much vibration.

The toothbrush itself works well and I really like the design. What was not clear when i purchased it is that it must be dried off after each use before putting into the stand - maybe that's obvious but missed that. If you don't do this, the inside of the stand and the area underneath it will quickly become a disgusting mess. Bad surprise! Also, the handle of my TAO brush (light aqua or seafoam) has discolored and looks terrible. If I had known this was a possibility I would have ordered a different color. Reordering new heads was very easy and delivery was quick!

It took a pretty long time to receive this item…. Also, I’m having a bit of an adjustment using the toothbrush. It has an odd brushing movement… almost like it vibrates!! I’m used to a more spinning motion. I do like the idea of the unit drying and cleaning factor!

Teeth feel cleaner & beginning to see some whiteness but have only used TAO for 5 days. Look forward to whiter teeth in couple more weeks. Thank you

Just purchased this unit. I'm very pleased with actual cleaning sofar. Can't wait to hear what my dentist has to say.

This is something that I will have to get used to. I don't really like the buzzy feeling. I have only used it once so far. It looks very nice on my counter. It is a unique idea. One negative thing is that the replacement heads are expensive. Please lower the prices by at least 1/2! I am not comfortable with price as is.

Shipping was a mess. It was out for delivery twice and ended up back at a postal distribution twice. But….i love the tooth brush. Each time I use it I feel like I walked out of the dental office with a teeth cleaning.
