Too aggressive

My base doesn't work. I initially thought Customer Service would be good, they wanted a video to show it not working and my address for a replacement, but now they won't sent a replacement base. I can get an electric toothbrush anywhere, I specifically bought it for the drying and sanitising.

I changed my mind about my package cuz I had family emergency and I’ve been waiting days days for customer service still hear nothing I know they said 9.95 to return label but I’m still waiting !!!!

I don't like the brush head on this. Compared to the electric toothbrush I previously had, which was round and moved in circles, this one is really strange. I don't think it gets my teeth nearly as clean as my old one. That's a lot of money to pay for something that feels so strange.

The toothbrush in the holder does not keep a charge. The first one I received did until it stopped working altogether. I don't know why this is happening. Am I not supposed to see the light on all the time, or does it go off when it's charged. It's just different from the first Tao clean. Thank you for your answer to this.

Do not buy from this place as the return process is beyond a nightmare!! They are quick to sell but to return it is a circus!!

The Tao Clean Germ Shield shipped without batteries. I would only recommend this product who loves the smell and taste of fish. This is how it smells and tastes after using it. I returned it and lost over $20.

There was not a cord in the box so I can not charge the toothbrush yet. How can I get one ?
