Easy to use and feels great after a brushing! Sleek design looks great too!

The only reason that this product is getting a 2is because it works really well. But it’s broken the tip of the bottom of the toothbrush keeps falling off. It’s this round clear knob with the logo. Since the moment it first arrived I tested the product and it came off. I know that if I “glue it” back that shouldn’t happen again. But it’s brand new and that shouldn’t happen to it. I hate the hassle of returning something and there’s nothing wrong with the product itself.

Getting use to it's speed. It tickles my tongue when it hits..lol. feels as though my teeth are cleaner. I purchased 2 and was told when asked that we would each get the free gifts but that was not the case, sadly. Replacement head and whitening pen and o ly 1 travel container. I have dealt with many merchants over the years and have had varied experiences, most of them very disappointing. However, I am very pleased to say that this was NOT one of them. I contacted Tao Clean regarding a Free item that was missing from my order (from 3 months ago, but I just now realized it) and requested that the item be sent out. They very promptly responded, apologized for the oversight, and very quickly got the item shipped out. No questions asked, no back-and-forth. I am so very thankful for customer service at this level. All merchants should follow this example. Customer for life!

I had placed my order by mistake. Was going to wait a bit. When I received my order, I did not open it, but contacted the Company and told them I’d like to return. DeShawn helped me immediately without question, which made my return so easy. It was very much appreciated and I’ll definitely consider making future purchases with them.
