Most morning I would wake with a yuke mouth even though I brushed, water flossed and rinsed the night before bed. But know even just brushing at night and doing nothing else leaves my mouth still feeling clean in the morning.

I love the speed of the toothbrush and how it makes my teeth an mouth feel. I was a little disappointed that the base had to remain plugged in to achieve the UV cleaning/drying. Maybe an improvement would be to be able to charge and recharge the base so it can operate without being plugged in all the time. I live in a very old house with the tiniest bathroom with only 1 outlet so it's not as convenient as one that would hold a charge without tying up my only outlet.

I’m usually afraid to purchase things I see advertised online. However, I got my son, his wife and my grandsons all TAO toothbrushes for Christmas. They love them. So, I got one for myself! I love it. It truly does whiten your teeth. I like the way the brushes feel. Your teeth feel clean after brushing. It’s easy to get replacement brushes. You order and they come within the week. It was a great purchase. Oh, they look nice too!

Product took a while to arrive. Unboxed it, followed instructions, watched the videos, and my unit did not work. Sent message and video to customer support. Never heard back. I finally called today. I was told I would have to send it back first then a replacement would be sent. Completely unacceptable since you have had my money for well over a month and I have zero to show for it. Very disappointing to say the least.

The Tao toothbrush is ok. Do not buy the white handle one in that the Toothpaste turns it canary yellow. I cleaned and made sure I followed the cleaning instruction to no avail. When I asked for a replacement I had to pay extra to have another one delivered and was told not to use sensitive toothpaste. I received the purchased new toothbrush and 2 weeks later in addition to using a different toothpaste, the new one turned canary yellow as well. I was told that is just a cosmetic issue they could not do nothing about it and i was past my 30 day refund. 40 days had past and the wrong information given to me on the toothpaste causing the yellowing handle was a poor excuse for a handle which the material discoloration is obvious and made of a poor material.
