Ordering was easy and shipping was fast and accurate

When it first arrived, I though t I would not be able to use it as the sonic part was difficult for me. I stuck with it as I really wanted all the benefits. after about a week to 10 days the vibrations or sonic was better and more tolerable. SO far I am impressed how fast 2 minutes go by. I think I have had it more than a month. am glad I purchased.

Shipping was quick and flawless. Set up was easy. The base isn't as large as some posts have presented. I signed up for auto ship for brush heads however due to the initial set receiving 3 brush heads I wished the subscription didn't start with initial delivery. However, I should have calculated that out better. Overall, glad I purchased it!!

Love this lightweight toothbrush! My teeth looked cleaner and whiter on my first use. Can’t beat the sanitation benefit. Highly recommend this product.

I have no suggestions for improvement. The product is great. Packaging was perfect. Delivery was timely. The price seems extra but I did get a lot of extras included, so probably not out of line

I'm loving my new TAO toothbrush! It was easy to set up, and it cleans so much better than my old sonic toothbrush, especially behind my teeth. I've only been using it a week, and I'm starting to notice my very stained teeth looking brighter. I highly recommend this brush!

I love the toothbrush and how good my teeth feel. I love the travel cleaner better than the actual one. The actual cleaner is cheap plastic. That seems not great since it was so expensive. Other than that I love it.
