Tooth brush bristles don’t move. Just vibration. Need lower settings.

I went to get my teeth cleaned and the hygienist hardly had to scrape any plaque off my teeth. She asked me what I changed because she'd never seen my teeth that clean and my gums were in such great shape. She said she'd have to look into getting a TAO herself. She was really impressed!

Using the brush for two days, my teeth feel more clean than after a visit to the dentist. Love knowing the brush tip is self cleaning too. Awesome!

Well, I saved money for opting for a pre-order. And I got it not too long after placing the order. And I am so glad I got this product! It cleans so well, that my other sonic did not have the power or efficiency. I plan to get one for my sister & daughter.

This is my second Tao toothbrush. My original one is years old and still working, but I ordered another one because I didn't want to be without this remarkable toothbrush. I pre-ordered my toothbrush and it was delivered as promised. I am incredibly pleased with this company and toothbrush.

Rocky start as the initial unit sent was defective and numerous emails reporting issues took days to get responses. Photos sent but then videos requested which I declined to do. I am a past customer of TAO and familiar with how the UMMA toothbrush works. As a last resort I called a number on website & spoke with Leyla (sp) who authorized a return. Received new unit within a week which works as it should.

Arrived in a few days, everything was in good condition. You may want to consider boxing the contents of the shipment, I know each item was in a box, but a loose bag surprised me. Deliveries in bags sometimes just get tossed onto the porch. In any case, everything looked good, our teeth are extra clean now.
