I’ve only had my TAO for a week and loving it. Like the ad says, it feels like you just left the dentist office. My teeth feel so clean and fresh. Looking forward to seeing how it whitens my teeth. The only drawback for me is the configuration of the handle, it’s wider like an electric toothbrush and it tapers narrower towards the end of the brush. If I hold it in the middle my fingers are over the controls, I don’t want to change the control settings in the middle of use. I’m more comfortable holding it there, it feels a little awkward holding it lower. I will eventually figure out which position is best. I like the sterilization mode, it gives me peace of mind knowing my brush is always clean and ready when I need it.

I love using the toothbrush. Your company was great to send a replacement when I reported that the sanitizing light did not come on (inside) when I put the toothbrush in place. The replacement unit doesn't light up, either. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I was very confused as I got 8-9 ads showing 65% off never offered more than 45%. I contacted your customer support and they offered me the discount. I was shipped 2 units in a plastic shipping bag. Not in a box as shown in the facebook video ad. The boxes of the units were crushed and broken open as well as a hole in the bag. The units and brushes were floating free in the bag. Not sure if this will be an issue on their performance.
