About TAO Clean

TAO Clean (short for “The Art of Clean”) creates oral-care systems designed to elevate everyday hygiene with thoughtful engineering and a clean, modern aesthetic. We strive to make the tools you use daily feeling fresh while encouraging better brushing habits through beautiful, intuitive design. The UMMA Diamond Sonic Toothbrush delivers powerful sonic performance with a guided 2-minute routine to help you brush more effectively and consistently. The UV sanitizing base keeps your toothbrush sparkling and ready for every use. As a society, we take the act of self-caring to an art—a carefully curated and personal set of products that make us feel good and look our best. But, for most of us, we don’t consider our teeth the same way we harp on our hair, skin and nails. At TAO Clean, we’re on a mission to change this: to bring you a sonic toothbrush that’s the essential upgrade to your self-care routine. One that’s designed without compromise—a smart and effortless tool that seamlessly fits into your life. It’s more than just a great toothbrush. It’s The Art of Clean. Perfected. Need help choosing the right system or maintaining your device? Start at TAOClean.com to explore guides, refills, warranty registration, and direct support—so your routine stays effortless and consistently clean.

I wanted to call someone to discuss…
I wanted to call someone to discuss this situation with a human but I tried and was left hanging. First, I saw an ad the other day right after I received my Tao and hadn't even used it yet. The ad had all I received I believe PLUS a travel carry bag. I received a portable sanitizer/charger and nothing to carry it in to keep it all safe so I asked for a bag to be sent and I was basically put on hold (the automated thing I was typing to was supposed to get a HUMAN to talk to me and decide if I could have one sent. That human never came. Next, my brush turns off frequently for just a split second. I am not touching the button and it doesn't quit for long but I am concerned that this one may be defective. I would like to hear back from someone. I work until 5 but I am free on Fridays. But I can be reached by email as well. Thank you. I would appreciate your consideration and perhaps have my unit replaced because it does it several times during each brushing.
