Excellent experience. I am loving my new Tao brush. The sale was a great time to purchase. I am getting excellent results and my teeth feel amazing!

Arrived broken in torn up packaging, it took multiple days after I sent in photos for the return/exchange to be approved. I had to take it to a UPS store to be shipped back. Still waitng on the replacement

I’ve been using my Tao Sonic toothbrush for about a week, and I’m really impressed. I love how fast the vibrations are. It feels like it’s giving my teeth a much deeper clean than my old toothbrush. For the first few days, I actually noticed that it was removing buildup I didn’t even realize was there, which convinced me it was cleaning much more thoroughly. After just a week of use, my teeth also seem visibly whiter and feel smoother all day. Overall, I’m very happy with this toothbrush and would definitely recommend it.

The product is amazing!!! Bought one for my husband as he has Parkinson's and I want to ensure good health for him. However when I was on your website it included whitening tubes and a travel size cleaner. I didn't receive them and I even bought one unit for myself and also committed to every 6 months on refills on the brush heads. We do love the the way our teeth feel. You can feel them super clean! On the site it showed the whitening and the travel cleaner free with a purchase and I purchased two sets and didn’t receive the additional free items as website said

So far so good! Shipping was quick. It looks nice on the sink. And so far I'm loving how it works and times itself once you begin. I'm hoping to see great results after regular use over time.

I like everything about this product except I’d like a softer bristle. Other than that it’s too notch item.
