I am writing this so you will beware of TAO's over promise and under deliver policy.. I purchased directly from TAO- two Diamond Sonic Toothbrushes. Each set was supposed to come with the extra free items- two tooth brush heads, whitening kit and travel kits. Well, they sent it for only one Toothbrush set and not the other. I have called and emailed for days to try and talk to someone. FInally, I received an email from Siena customer care and she explains that the deal is only one set of additional goodies was all I qualify for. After spendig over 200.00 and buying two sets I thought two sets of tootbrush heads, whitening and travel kits would arrive. They said I would have to have purchased them seperately to get that offer for both brush sets. No where on their web site does it say that. I have since asked for a full refund for both unopened units. She advised me their customer service department would reach out and help me with that. Still nothing from them. I have sent numerous emails requesting an RMA # so I can ship them back. (By the way they will deduct 9.95 from your refund for you to send it back and you wont get your original shipping charge you paid back either). It has been 15 days and still no RMA or response. They are counting on the fact of dragging their feet past their 45 day return policy so that I am stuck with their product. Their customer service and concerns to try to make the situation right is terrible. Once you buy from them they are done with the customer. Beware of TAO

I had a issue with the first Tao clean and they were on it to fix the problem and the new one that was sent as a replacement is working fine and I love it makes my teeth feel and look just as if I have been to the dentist to get a professional dental cleaning A+ highly recommended product

Unfortunately I had to buy another TAO because you wouldn't replace my broken one, even though I sent you photos of the item and the bottom . Obviously I bought it.

Love How clean my teeth feel. I have a small mouth though, and I’m having a Tricks time of keeping the rectangular Head straight while doing my front teeth. Can i get a round Head instead?

Love my new toothbrush! It works better than the others I’ve used. The UV sanitizer is fabulous!
