Fast and Excellent customer service!

Ease of ordering Extra brush heads arrived as promised. Love my TAO I’m going to order all supplies from TAO including the sanitizer for travel. Will never go back to other electric toothbrushes.

I was excited to try this product after seeing rave reviews and decided to treat myself to this toothbrush because of its advanced features like the santization properties and it's sleek design. Unfortunately the shipping company completely crushed the presentation box and it was not looking factory new when it arrived. In frustration, I wrote to the company and told them what happened and included photos. Thankfully, their fantastic customer care team was understanding and professional and corrected the problem to my satisfaction. They generously compensated me for the bad experience and make it right. Shout out to Siena and Jordan from the customer care team for their help. The toothbrush is amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommended for quality, value and top customer service.

The process - from beginning with order through receiving was great! I even received it ahead of schedule. I was skeptical of the results being as advertised. Boy was I wrong! I literally could see my teeth were whiter after the first use!!

My teeth have never felt so clean. They are getting whiter and brighter every day.

I was promised 2 free brush heads, 2 whitening pens and a travel sanitizer when I ordered my toothbrush. I did not receive nor has anyone responded to my 2 emails asking when I will receive my promised freebies. Am still waiting to get an answer before I order my husband this toothbrush.
