About TAO Clean

TAO Clean (short for “The Art of Clean”) creates oral-care systems designed to elevate everyday hygiene with thoughtful engineering and a clean, modern aesthetic. We strive to make the tools you use daily feeling fresh while encouraging better brushing habits through beautiful, intuitive design. The UMMA Diamond Sonic Toothbrush delivers powerful sonic performance with a guided 2-minute routine to help you brush more effectively and consistently. The UV sanitizing base keeps your toothbrush sparkling and ready for every use. As a society, we take the act of self-caring to an art—a carefully curated and personal set of products that make us feel good and look our best. At TAO Clean, we’re on a mission to change this: to bring you a sonic toothbrush that’s the essential upgrade to your self-care routine. One that’s designed without compromise—a smart and effortless tool that seamlessly fits into your life. It’s more than just a great toothbrush. It’s The Art of Clean. Perfected. The product was great, delivery was HORRIBLE
The product was great, the delivery service by SpeedX was HORRIBLE. The tracking on SpeedX stated the package was out for delivery at 9:04AM on the 13th. I signed up for text updates and never heard anything. When I couldn't get any more information on delivery, I called the toll-free number for SpeedX customer service. It was not a working number!! I contacted Tao and while they were nice and responded to all of my emails, they weren't able to help. The next day my package was miraculously delivered with no notifications or texts, thank goodness I happened to be home because I was leaving home shortly for a trip. Again, I LOVE the toothbrush but beware is the company uses SpeedX.

Easy set up
Easy set up! Feel more comfortable having the brushes not exposed to the bathroom air. Still getting used to the brushing power but so far the e cleaning feels great!

So product is lovely
So product is lovely. I love it. Shipping was fine. I ordered four more but only had to cancel when I found out. They didn’t come with the free gifts as I was giving them for gifts. I don’t think it’s OK to give someone a gift that they have to go out and buy something for right off the back that’s not good business and that was almost $500 for four

Thanks for your kind words, Maggi. We're happy you had a great experience with our product. We will be reaching out for more information on the free gifts.

Revolutionary teeth cleaning at home.
I received my order in a timely fashion. I followed the instructions. The brush is light and comfortable to hold. I replace it upside down to clean it. I follow the cues from the timer to do all quadrants of my mout. It requires very little pressure. You DO want to take care not to let the non brush parts of it touch your teeth as it is very forceful. My teeth feel extremely clean.
Response from TAO CleanSep 17, 2026
Thank you for your support, Donna. We truly appreciate you choosing us.

New customer
I don't really buy motorized toothbrushes, but this was an exception. Cleans really good, has two speed settings, fast and turbo. I would really recommend the teeth whitener tubes as well, they helped me, an ex-smoker, feel better about my teeth, since they are noticably whiter.

Thanks for your kind words, Alfredo. We're happy you had a great experience with our product.
