TaobaoReviews of taobao.com

I use taobao on a regular basis and never had much problem with them but then again I live within China, dont know if the service is different abroad. fast delivery and cheap products that are not that bad.

Okay $78.00 USD worth of goods 6kgs Total bill including Local shipping, commission, handling charge, insurance and international shipping $253.61 USD not a great buy and I am not HAPPY. Caveat emptor This is the clean version,

Sucks big time. Got sold a broken item and Taobao customer service insisted since item was delivered, it was considered a fair deal and case closed. Wont trust those mutha fxxkers scammers in fhe Great Wall of Scamming China!

CAN BUY 1 ITEM A TIME, EXPERIENCED MANY TIMES BUYING MORE ITEMS, SOME ITEMS WILL BE OMITTED AND THE VENDOR & LOGISTIC WILL PUSH RESPONSIBLY TO EACH OTHER, ENDS UP WITH NO CONCLUSION AND NO REFUND, JUST CLOSE THE CASE.

I remember once I bought a shoe from it, which of course had a good price. But it was not my size. But at least my friend, who was very happy about it.😂😝

Great selection of items, variety of prices. Some items can be much cheaper on Taobao. Shipping updates are frequent depending on mode of delivery. Good experience so far. I can't read Chinese, so the all-Chinese portal makes it a bit more cumbersome for me to navigate. Wish there is an English version of the app, or a means to translate using one of those web translators.

the delivery service in australia is very bad, paid money but can't get the item
