TaobaoReviews of taobao.com

If you know which stores to look for, Taobao is a great website. Just remember that it is a marketplace similar to Amazon or AliExpress, so some sellers may be terrible while others are great. Always check the store and product reviews before buying. I have found some really good quality items, and if something arrives in poor condition or is not as described, they generally provide a refund without any issues :)

Taobao is a fantastic online shopping platform that honestly misunderstood by international customers. You get the service that you pay for. I have bought many expensive and fragile products from verified or trustworthy vendors on Taobao. All of them so far arrived without fail, and most of them arrived without even a bump on the protective packaging. Shipping fees are also transparent and reasonable, the only complaint is the buggy and confusing tracking update. Taobao and Cainiao also smoothly handles the customs process, which is a big plus.

GOOD SERVICE I would recommend it to everyone

Ok to buy, but expect lower quality and slow shipping times

Kinda tricky at first, you gotta calculate the cost of the item + shipping fee which comes on later. But once you get the hang of it, it's kinda okay. Just need to buy in bulk to trully save money.

I use taobao on a regular basis and never had much problem with them but then again I live within China, dont know if the service is different abroad. fast delivery and cheap products that are not that bad.

I remember once I bought a shoe from it, which of course had a good price. But it was not my size. But at least my friend, who was very happy about it.😂😝

Great variety, but more and more fake products recently Complicated to deliver to abroad (AliExpress is a part of Taobao group, but not all the items are same)
