Never again .. i bought vaccum sealing no work . cannot want to refund fee of shipping .. bed very bad company

Be careful when you’re shopping with Taobao! The shipping fee is ridiculous and I had a bad experience when seller sent a wrong item. I spent over a month dealing with customer service demanding a refund but the best they were willing to do is to issue a voucher equivalent to the product cost but totally disregarded the shipping fee. Bunch of heartless people - so disappointing.

Hi, so as the title says I lowkey got scammed with my Prepaid Visa so if buying DON'T use one. Use a proxy or anything BUT they have limited payment options (card or apply pay). They had an amazing deal for a figure I wanted to get. Tried buying it the first time "oops not enough funds", yet still took $2.50 from my card for the card money transfer fee, tried 2 more times, same issue. FINALLY, I was about to do it, I check the Joker website, it says it took my payment (since my funds went down the exact amount of the figure + shipping) BUT I CHECK AND IT SAYS ITS STILL NOT PAYED. I wait a few hours and the site puts this payment on a 12 hour time limit. I try finding support, the main one I could find was AI, so I tried, and it says it could take the full 24 hours (I don't have that time). Finally, after probing it for 20 minutes, it gets me to a human line!!! The human finally texting me (bless her) was trying the best she could with all TaoBao's horrible restrictions. She said I could try requesting a refund (doesn't work for me since I have a prepaid card), so I ask if thye have a store credit (I saw they had one on a version of their website) she tells me thats not possible. So now, no figure, and no way to get a refund. Listen to my story and please USE A PROXY!!! (PS I'm a country they ship directly to btw, its still not worth it) EDIT: My information got stolen, found 2 more different purchases (luckily only $4.40 each) but still STOLEN, when the only site I used it on was TaoBao. Also check where your transactions and see if it is going to TaoBao. Never again.

I have been looking for a perticular Christmas gift for my wife that I know China would have shops that carry it. But Taobao has made it impossible to buy it because they put up all these barriers and road blocks everytime I try to log into my taobao account because Taobao keeps kicking me out, when I have done nothing wrong. I have not purchased anything from Taobao before, and my Taobao is only a few days to a week old. Now, I need to go find something else to find as a Christmas gift for my wife. Why do people make it so difficult to buy a gift for someone?

Their international freight cost is just ridiculous. I paid 2 times more the cost for freight more than the product itself. Last time I patronise them. Virtually no refund policy. CS response is like a politician response. Does not help.

The platform verified the damage and officially confirmed a compensation amount of 1220.8 RMB via SMS. 2. Refused Cash Refund: When processing the compensation, customer service refused to issue a direct refund to my original payment source, claiming I do not have a mainland China Alipay account. 3. Forced Store Vouchers: Instead of returning cash, they attempted to force me to accept non-withdrawable platform red packets/vouchers. As an overseas customer, being forced to accept shopping vouchers instead of proper monetary compensation is completely unacceptable and constitutes unfair terms. 4. Unprofessional Support: When I rejected the voucher proposal, the support team kept stalling by demanding redundant screenshots that had already been submitted multiple times. I strongly advise international buyers to be cautious. If your shipment gets damaged, do not expect a fair cash refund from their official logistics.

I wasted 6 hours of my life arguing with chatbots and staff at the end they did not ship my product but kept the money. This is fraud. please don´t order here!
