Geweldige webshop, er zijn producten te koop die in Nederland niet te verkrijgen is of juist voor veel duurder. Het kan een beetje intimiderend zijn maar als je op Taobao met behulp van Basetao bestelt is dat de beste manier volgens mij. Amazing webshop, there are products for sale there which are not available in The Netherlands or for a lot more expensive. It can be intimidating but if you order on Taobao with the help of Basetao that's the best way according to me.

Don't listen to others. This is all the information that you need. Taobao from my experience is a extremely cheap shopping website where you can pretty much find and purchase anything, even at a acceptable quality. However, some stores in taobao have bad quality, thats the reason why the products reviews are a thing. If the reviews are good, most likely the product is of acceptable or good quality. Vice versa. Never had issues with refunds or anything. All my products I have purchased arrived within the estimated delievery date and in good quality. Most stores also have excellent service because you have the option to evaluate the service attitude. In conclusion, dont listen to these negative reviews, most of them have never even used taobao.

Great! For all not Chinese out there. This platform is built for china so ofc the overseas is a bit terrible, i recommend you to deliver to another shipping service to deliver to your country if you can, and Taobao has many sellers so you can’t put all the shame one the entire website.

the taobao website is pretty trash, the app, although you can't translate it from chinese, is still easier to navigate than the website. if you want to purchase from taobao, then download the app do not bother with the website. 1. you have to pay for shipping after you have paid for the items you want, usually it takes a week or two for your order to be ready to ship. shipping is usually quite expensive cause its calculated by weight and also depends on what country youre ordering from (im from australia). when i first brought from here i didnt know that you had to keep track of your package yourself so i didnt pay for the shipping fee until months and months later, so dont forget about your order. shipping usually takes a month or two. its a long time to wait for items but i can find so many clothing items i love as a very picky person when it comes to fashion. its a bit frustrating though cause IT IS long and there always seems to be shipping delays. 2. use the image search option. on the search bar, theres a little photograph icon, upload a picture of what youre looking for, its very helpful. 3. the layout of the app is kinda complicated (at least to me) but you'll get use to it and navigating it will just become muscle memory 4. reviews- on the top part of the page when you open the review section of a product, theres words in chinese that you'll need to translate if you cant read chinese. they'll help you see if majority of people think the product is good or bad, and you can also view images people have uploaded of the item. use google translate if youre looking for a general product, i find it almost always brings up items that im trying to search for so yeah use the app
