Re-adding this review as Tangocard cried to Trustpilot to remove it as they didn't like me telling the truth. I was gifted a £25 card by my firm for my work but had issues redeeming it. I was in touch with Tango for month trying to resolve the issue but they failed massively. It was a waste of time and energy. I followed ALL their instructions and provided ALL screenshots necessary to show that I was doing qhat was asked of me. Seeing that was not getting us anywhere, I offered to make myself available to have a Teams call so I can share my screen with them in order to resolve the issue, they declined all options I suggested. What a waste of time and energy that was. I have also informed my firm of the lack of assistance and willingness in resolving the matter from their side so we are now looking into working with another provider (worth adding that i am not the only employing who has experienced issues with Tango). A multi-billion firm deserve to work with partners that wish to do everything they can to help their client. So yes, Tango, you deserve this one star review. You made your bed, now lay in it.

I was bounced around and spoke with 3 different representatives. Two of them acted stupid, when I explained my issue. The first representative, sent me a screenshot of my account from their end. I find it odd how the last thing it shows, was that I requested a $2 Amazon gift card but yet the other redemptions that I requested on March 29, 2024 don't show up but I have the proof that I requested the gift cards. March 27, 2024 was when I redeemed a virtual Master Gift card but instead they sent me an Amazon gift card. They will deny any evidence even if they see it for themselves. The second representative told me to contact customer support from the platform I redeemed the cards from. Which, Tango, they already knew that the platform they have a partnership with is not US based and that they have no customer support. Their partner, I had messaged the app developer 2 years ago for a previous incident. No one ever replied. 2 years and still no response. I know for a fact that they could of helped me get in contact with someone but instead I was basically told to eff off. The third representative said and I quote "What reward were you expecting to receive? What date did you expect to receive the reward you are looking for?" The first two representatives already knew. I gave them the date and name of the product/reward I requested. They were on the same page but after reading this response from the third representative, I'm completely done. Im not wasting my time with childish behavior. It's obvious that they don't want to help. I will be filling a complaint to the FTC. I have nothing good to say about this company.

There are some mishaps in their instructions or process.Customer service is not helpful and takes forever to reply. I suggest you avail another service/app that offers more merchant options. They only have a few and most of them aren’t useful.

My son recently visited your new venue in Sadler St durham end of Jan he raved about the nachos korean style and his mum said burger was great ! So he tempted myself to sample which we did a week later ! incidentally we travelled from Gateshead to try ! and we were not dissapointed . However my son and his mum visited again 6 th Feb ordered very much the same as before and were very dissapointed with the Quality of food and indeed the response from staff when approached about the amount of salt/ papika on nachos which were not edible to be honest . My son explained to member of staff and explained they were not the best and staff member said ok ! no offer to replace the food that was put in front of them nor a discount to say apologies ??? We frequented your old venue on Elvett bridge prior for my grand daughters graduation a year or so ago and we were not dissapointed but to be tret with contempt just doesnt bode well in my opinion ! by the way to add fuel to the fire i deliver beer wines and spirits via Matthew Clarks and spoke highly of my visit recently about quality and customer service .Be very interested to hear of your response to the issues that occured Kind Regards

Onboarding was great

I have tried using their prepaid visa gift card in multiple places like paypal, google pay, hipay, wise etc. but the card is not accepted anywhere. The customer support does not respond to tickets at all. the card does not work for ANY type of transactions. #: 00607658 #: 00611203

Once the funds are loaded, the site is quick and easy to turn around incentive gifts. It would be nice if previous recipients had their email addresses saved so that I didn't have to keep typing them in. It's a nice to have...not a need to have.
