I was rewarded 2 gift cards from American Red Cross for giving blood. I have been trying to redeem them by applying them to Amazon. I followed Tango's instructions on their website, but only results in aggravation. I called & finally talked with a nice woman but still not able to navigate their insanely long URL address to get a claim #. Why do they make it so complicated? What is their motive? Do they somehow benefit financially?

We are a mid-seven figure consulting company and needed a solution to incentivize engagement on a new website we are launching. Someone on the team had used Tango in a previous job and recommended we use them for this project. We created a new Tango account and within 24 hours, their "Compliance and Legal Team" gave us the boot without explanation. We couldn't get ahold of anyone from that team or general support, so we went with Tremendous instead. I could understand if Tango wanted to validate our company's information, but they literally ghosted us - extremely unprofessional and I would never even consider them as a viable solution for future projects or for our clients.

Trying to get a live person for assistance is a joke. Long wait times. I would not use them again.

For almost a year I have tried to get them to redeem my card, but no luck. I orinally tried to do an amount right off the bat from my card and it said "invalid", so I wrote them right away. They said they would see what happened. Instead of giving me the amount on the card, they subtracted the amount and said they sent it to me and I redeemed it. I showed them the evidence to the contrary, this went on for almost a year and they said they sent out the awarded amount and that was it. I wrote and wrote, finally after I told them to keep their money they said they would make it whole, but by then I didn't want to do business with this company. Even the second time they reissued some of the card to me, the site continued to say I had an invalid code. Mess! I'm going to tell my orgs which I sit on to not use this company.

Terrible, got a card for giving blood. Its useless. Tried at Kroger, then at Walgreens and it took the money out but no order went through. Money is back on, but can't get then on the phone to try and see why it will not work. Called left a msg also. But waited on line 5 minutes last time now 26 minutes for customer service. Not sure how long I have to wait for information?

I have terrible experience with tango card support. They gave me $240 and after it left with $65 suddenly all transactions got declined by the bank and card. When I complained they asked the proof of many sites for failed transactions I have submitted all of them. Again they sent me the list of 15-20 site and make the transactions on all of them and show the proof to them and most importantly they are not accepting the card is faulty. After some time they have stoped responding with out any resolution. This is kind of fraud. I am thinking to take a legal action against it. I have seen this service most pathatic
