I subscribed to the internet company Starry during the beginning of the year 2022 and they sent me a Tango Gift Card of $150 Dollars through their service. Tango never sent us our gift card that the company sent to them to give it to us for our. Tango is making excuses that they sent us the gift card, but this is not true, they never sent us the card and we never used this gift card because we never received it. This is very wrong and dishonest on their part. They are using excuses for not giving us the gift card that we are entitled to. I will appreciate the help and cooperation of Trustpilot in order to resolve this matter.

I cannot get my security code to work to redeem a reward. I finally hung up after spending 45 minutes waiting for a customer service representative. I requested an email to help and never got one. This is one of the most horrible companies I have EVER dealt with.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Received card in Feb, activated in April - expires 9/24. Have been keeping track of spend - I have $300 remaining. Went to use it - and the charge wont go through. The website states that there is NO WAY to check your balance unless you go back to the original email (which is in a now defunct email account). If you get one - I HIGHLY suggest using ALL the cash IMMEDIATELY. This is a complete rip off. And if you are thinking asbout gifting it to employees - I highly suggest not doing so. Complete theft.

As many mentioned here---customer support has issues. I ordered over $1200 in cards to award people that were completing a university survey as part of a study. I needed an itemized receipt to get reimbursed---I thought a simple enough request. Well----it was not easy and after over a week, I've still not received a receipt. You can call a number, where they transfer you to a message machine. A couple of days later, you receive an email that says we're "happy to help if you'll provide this information...." you supply the information, and you never hear from them. You call the support number, and they say, "That has to be taken care of in the funding department"---you get transferred to an answering machine, and you start all over again.

I received a gift card from Baker Electric for providing a reference for a solar system. Baker Electric said the card had no expiration date so I did not pay any attention to the card. Tango set an expiration date and when I tried to use it I found out the card had expired. I contacted Baker Electric and they reinstated the card. When I tried to use the card again, I found out that Tango Rewards charge a $12.95 fee. When I explain to them about the ambiguity that Baker Electric had caused, they said sorry not our problem. I think it is very unfair I had to pay for the error between Baker Electric and Tango Rewards. I wrote Baker Electric and told them they should dissolve the contract they have with Tango Rewards. Tango Rewards had the money from Baker Electric for more than an year so I am sure then made back any discount they gave Baker Electric. I think Tango charging a fee to me is excessive and unethical. Be careful doing business with these vultures.

I received a Tango card from a research company for doing surveys. Tango allowed me to pick a merchant card as a result, I did, with Target. Although my card was to be issued for $70. When I enter the reference code provided...value....$0. ZERO. I have called and emailed customer service and no call back. No email response. NADA. Very disappointed and am reporting to the purchaser. I would avoid buying Tango Cards at all costs.

Tango has many issues and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was received several giftcards for different amount. Three were for $2 each. Two of these had multiple giftcard options but the third had only one. It was for Krispy Kreme, which is wonderful except that there isn't one within 80 miles of me. I can't reach anyone to ask why 2 have multiple giftcards and 1 has only one. They don'y answer the phone, there is no contact email and the Bot is useless.
