You make my job so easy ,love you guys . Micky

I have called Talec support numerous times in a panic due to our pos system not working properly & they have always walked me through troubleshooting steps and we have worked issues out in a timely and efficient manner. They are patient and nice and in a world where customer support isn’t always a priority for a business, theirs always is. Although I don’t have details of a particular problem, I can share with you that I have been with Talec for 4 years and have never been disappointed with their service. I appreciate that.

This software has a lot of nice features if you can get past the lack of customer service and support at times and bugs, bugs, bugs. I have worked in IT for over 17 years. I've supported many different software packages so I understand how finicky web based apps can be but this software can be frustrating at times. I'm referring to Talech.com. Talech Register is much more stable but limited in the user interface for things like inventory control. Talech.com kicks me out randomly while doing simple tasks. Whether its adding inventory or building POs it will just log me out at least a couple time an hour. And if it does you loose everything you haven't saved. I've opened tickets and its never fixed. They have fixed many bugs over the years but this one has always been present. I opened a ticket recently and sent 4 email asking for a status update and now I'm not even getting replies. Its pretty sad, like i said there are many nice features of this software, I just wished the normal tasks were more stable. ** Update** After the reply from Talech saying that their customer success team would reach out I had high hopes. Its now been a week and I still haven't heard from anyone at Talech about this issue. In fact I have sent another email to their tech support as I'm still experiencing the same issue and cant add new items to the system. Guess I wont hold my breath. This is getting ridiculous. PLEASE HELP!

Once they were bought out the support went to hell and no one knows what the system can or can’t do. Promised apps would be created to do more for our specific needs for three or four years. Never happened. Constant problems with the system now to the point we spend more time fixing issues than helping customers. Don’t try this out for your business unless you like chasing issues.

I somehow was logged out of my account. The rep quickly and effectively reset the password and got me back up and going very quickly. It was very much appreciated.

Talech is absolutely terrible. Customer service is probably the worst customer service I've experienced. More than one support agent hung up on me while they "put me on hold for 1-2 minutes". Kai did this, Reda was patient, but still not helpful. Many flaws and glitches with the actual system itself. Very annoying to use. Some of the add ons and even taxes will require you to add it on individually and manually on every single item. Please if you are a business, do not ever use talech. Even if it is cheaper, it is worth it to pay the extra for a better POS system so that you won't have as many problems as Talech.

If this is in response to today the 9/4/20 then 1 star. I was not able to speak to anyone and was not called or did not connect to anyone. Our Credit card system is wonky and cannot last more than 5 mins out of the charger. The Reg. App is making me log in every time when starting the day. When that was never the case.
