I honestly really like talech, but I do think they have small bugs in their system that make things really a pain to work on. But..the service techs are very willing to help get things figured out and I feel they are committed to resolving customer issues.

Some times we wish that our inventory reports would be clearer to understand. We also want to know why, when an item gets returned to stock , it never shows up in our inventory. Why is that ???

I like your offering very much. It works well in our environment. The reason for only 4 stars was the price increase without notification. We are a small business (fraternal organization) with low volume on cards at this point. This has been an opportunity for us to modernize and address the new approach many people, primarily young people, are taking to reduce the number of cash transactions..

Great overall system, great price. It does miss some key features. 1) The ability to have a smaller font on the kitchen ticket or print to a wider range of printers such as label printers is very important and yet you choose not to invest what like 1-2 hours, if even that much, of your programmers time to add a smaller font option on the ticket? 2) More customization of Kitchen tickets and Receipt tickets. Granted this takes some programming time but would be nice to have the ability that just about ever other POS has.

This system is good easy and flexible however is not set up for Canadian currency and Canadian taxes
