We had Lynn as our walk guide for the Niagara Underground: Power Station & Tunnel Under Falls Tour. She was fabulous! The knowledge she has is unbelievable! We learned many interesting facts about the tunnel, area and the falls. We highly recommend her. If we could give 10 stars we would!

Very disappointing experience. We booked a Vatican tour for 7 and arrived early, only to be told at the last minute that a wheelchair could not be accommodated. This was handled in a confrontational and public way that left my elderly father embarrassed in front of the group. We were unable to take the tour and did not receive the service we paid for, yet were still charged in full. No alternative or solution was offered. Multiple follow-ups to the company have gone unanswered. For a company operating at this price point, the lack of professionalism and basic consideration was unacceptable.

I asked for a quote for a holiday in the Azores for April leaving from Manchester airport. I got an email reply from one of their staff, Rhiannon, that showed February dates not April and one quote leaving from Heathrow not Manchester as requested. When I queried this I was given some guff about it being computer generated. I expect WW staff to check emails before they are sent. I also asked if I could have a one island holiday rather than the two island holiday shown on their website. Rhiannon said she would check with the local tour company and get back to me. That was on 24 February. I am still waiting. In the meantime I went to the Azores with another company and had a lovely time. I also think it is very instructive that Walks Worldwide do not reply to any negative reviews. Always a sign of poor management and a couldn't care less approach. I would avoid this company

Paul was engaging, knowledgeable, funny. His pacing was perfect and he was considerate of everyone in our group. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wanted a well-rounded, relaxed experience.

Paul was fantastic! Kind, friendly, helpful. Very knowledgeable about the numerous places we toured over the 8 hour day, and about logistics like where to grab lunch and a few options for what to do after.

On November 27th, we took a guided tour of Pompeii with Vito, and it was fantastic. We visited the city's most iconic sites, and he explained the secrets of the ruins in detail, showing us their treasures with great expertise. The three hours flew by, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Many thanks to Vito for his attention. We would definitely do it again with him.
