It was confusing figuring out the employer reimbursement. Otherwise everything went well

Policy just started on 2/1/2024…and the customer service rep hung up on me twice so far it’s been a nightmare

Hey there! So sorry to hear this. We did a little digging and it looks like the last call you had with our team was on the 31st and you weren't disconnected or anything. It sounded like you got what you needed from our team based on the recording and notes. Can you share what number you were calling? Was it Take Command or perhaps your health insurance carrier? I'd love more context so I can help clear this up. Thank you!

I can’t even describe how how frustrating and mad I have been with the company until this incident! I had to go to this company per my employer to pick out a plan. After choosing a plan and getting a quote, I received a bill for $150 more than the plan I picked. I sought out representatives from this company as well as bcbs to figure out what to do and then was told I had to pay the new amount. And then was told, they would see if they could reimburse the difference! Of course still nothing has been resolved after probably 4-5 hours on phones at various times. After more phone calls, emails, and TIME FROM WORK, I find out I was signed up for the wrong plan. I am Continuing to try to reach out and getting absolutely no where!! This is so sad that these companies are even in business!! By far worst customer service!! Please do not go through them!

Jackie, thank you for sharing your experience here. We're sorry it's been rough. What we can tell you is that we have a team working on this for you and we will fix it. For background, this issue started from incorrect third party data from other companies (not Take Command). We are working with those companies to fix this asap. We know this can be really frustrating and we are doing our best to make it right. Thank you for your patience and we will be in touch. Feel free to reach out in the meantime.

My ICHRA with Take Command has been awesome for our family. While it's a different type of insurance than I'm used to, getting to choose the health plan that works with my kids' doctors was valuable to us. Customer support has been helpful when I had questions.

Poor customer service, never answer or help customers with their concerns. Got my policy canceled twice because of them not providing and member ID number.

After ensuring that my employee was properly signed up for insurance, Take Command continually sends emails encouraging me to make sure the employee is signed up in a timely manner. The same thing is happening on the employee end. Isn't there a way you can follow up as to who has signed up, and stop the stream of emails? It feels like spam.

Hey Steve! Super sorry to hear you had a sub-par experience. We've noted your feedback and will work to improve. As further context, those who are acting as admins on our platform for companies will always receive all of the reminders because our intent is to ensure everyone is taking action to have the proper health plan they need. You'd be surprised at how many reminders some people need - and we are here to help! As for your employee, they shouldn't have been reminded after they were already enrolled. They would only be reminded in that way if they had failed to waive coverage. I hope that brings a little clarity and again, if there's anything we can do to make your experience better, please reach out.

The customer service from Take Command has been wonderful! From the initial set up through this first year of enrollment, they are always quick to respond and provide great assistance with any questions I have had.
