easy and fast to get reports and payments
I love the easy and fast way I get reports and Payments information. Would like to know is there a carry over from 2023.

Take Command is a SaaS platform that helps companies reimburse employees for health insurance. Offering seamless administration for Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs) and Qualified Small Employer HRAs (QSEHRAs), Take Command was the first end to end ICHRA solution on the market, the first to bring a viable partnership model to brokerage firms, the only HRA administrator invited to the White House when ICHRA was announced, the only company to offer in-house, personalized enrollment support for employees, and a founder of the HRA Council. With clients in all 50 states and clients ranging from 3 to 3,000 employees, Take Command has helped more than 5,000 companies take command of their health benefits. Take Command is proud to be named a best place to work by Modern Healthcare, Builtin, and Dallas Business Journal, and has won countless awards in the startup and innovation sectors.

This is my company's first experience with Take Command. We had a lot of questions and even had to postpone the initial effective date due to unanswered questions. We did get our questions answered and subsequently things have been moving along more smoothly. February starts our employees first month of coverage, so we will see how that progresses.

I replied to a declined coverage email. After not getting a response for a couple of days, I called the phone number and elected to get a call back since there was a wait. I explained my concern and was instructed to reapply after removing my tax credit on the market place. I did so and reapplied and was again denied. This is the third time I am reapplying. The representative on the phone assured me I should not be denied again after applying this time. Very frustrating process as a new user.

With the enrollment deadline of 1/12/24 and an effective date of coverage of 2/1/24, I am still waiting for my health insurance carrier to recognize me (2/7/24). I believe Take Command dropped the ball in getting the premium payment to the carrier.

Hey Sara, I believe my colleague Tia reached out to you with further guidance here and that you're all set. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with. Also, now that we've addressed the issues would you consider updating your TrustPilot review? We'd really appreciate it. Thank you!
