I took my Camry in for oil change and when I got home about an hour later there was a pool of oil under the car.I took the car back to them immediately and they denied that they were responsible even though the car had never leaked oil before.The person that did the job was new and under training they said. I had to take it to Pep Boys to be fixed at an additional $150.00 that take five refused to cover.I will never use them again and advise everyone else to do the same.Its not worth saving a few bucks when they don’t know what they are doing. I hope this helps innocent people from these rip off experts.

Pulled up to Take 5 and a young man walked out, handed me water then placed his hands on his knees looking at the ground having never said a word. I stared at him for a moment then he said, “What do you need?” I said, “An oil change.” He pointed to a stall so I pulled in. It appeared he was the only employee there, with all three stalls full. He said it would be a minute. The first stall had a car with its hood up. The second stall had a woman sitting in her car with the engine running and her windows up. I sat watching the one employee walking in and out of a supply room, but nothing being done. I left. I had been to the Richmond Road Take 5 before and it was excellent. This experience was far from excellent. It sucked.

Very terrible experience. It was mostly young kids in training playing around. Kahari the lead guy gave me a receipt stating all my fluids were topped, I told him I didn't see anyone top my fluids and I was gonna check myself he then checks and says oh my bad I thought they did it. The next day I'm driving and hear a rattle under my truck i check and its my skid plate hanging and dragging, I return to take 5 and kahari the same guy is working I tell him what's going on he's very rude, I had to tell him I'm calling corporate in order for him to fix the problem I would not recommend anyone going here

I am beyond disappointed with this manager, Cody. His behavior in front of me when I came in was sickening. He was rude to an employee, and I will never go back after witnessing how he treated this person.

BUYER BEWARE! My daughter went to Take5 to get an oil change for her 2018 Hyundai Sonata. $193 later, she left with synthetic oil change (unnecessary) and 2 new air filters. I called the location and they said it wasn't predatory, they were "just providing the information to my daughter" ... she's 21 and doesn't know anything about cars. She did what they recommended and she got ripped off. I strongly recommend staying away from this and all Take 5 locations (I called Corporate to let them know the situation and they were unable to help).

Today I had very bad experience getting oil change , not knowing how do the reset in oil life and not putting screws back correctly. 5 minutes took hours in getting fix it right

They first drained my oil and then told me they no longer sold Mobile 1 oil, which I told them ahead of time I used. They could not tell me the price of the oil had to purchase before I paid. I will never go back to a Take 5 again.

The whole crew works like a well oiled machine ha ha seriously great customer service !
