AFTER waiting for 30 minute ,told would be over. 120 dollars,no way.I bought 6 qts mobil 1 full synthectic for 45and filter for 7.I also had 50 percent could they said 101 I drove off

I will put 0 stars. They are the worst. The drain plug was not tightened all the way. Almost ruined the car.

I had a great experience in my local Take 5 oil change. I was in and out in about 25 minutes; there was only one car in front of me. The guys working there were very nice and patient -- and I even got a free bottle of water. The prices were reasonable and even better with a coupon. I will definitely be back.

Expensive. My $15 coupon only saved me $1.31 when I paid my bill. Apparently the extra half quart of oil my car took ate up my coupon. Staff left greasy hand and finger prints all over the hood of my freshly detailed white car. No plans to return.

They installed the wrong oil filter. Wound up with low oil pressure because it broke the pressure regulating valve. When I tried to call the store to provide feedback, the call went to an eternal hold and no one answered. Same thing happens for ALL Take-5 calls. No way to reach them for a "service issue" except to go to the store in person, and then the manager is never there.

Was greeted with a water guided in by a nice young man name Corr I believe was on his shirt very friendly and polite Thanks Corr at Berkmar drive

Beware! They damaged my car by improperly, putting on the skid plate after not putting it on right in the first place. They told me my oil was done and pull out. Hear a loud metal sound which was my skid plate hitting the bay. They then installed it with zip ties. Over a month or so later it fell off. Parts and labor cost me $250 to replace it. Went back to them. They told me it wasn’t their fault. I would not ever come back to this place.

They were quick polite and efficient. I asked for a simple oil change, thats it They didn't upsell they didnt tell me stuff was broken or my tires were bad. I had to stop going to a major competitor because this was happening to me all the time. I tipped them well for a job well done. I will be going back there from now on. Great job 👏
