On 7/9/26 I got an oil change at 11656 Clayton Blvd in Clayton NC. This was my first time at Take 5. I was so empress with Management (Tony) and his staff. They offered water, snacks for me and my grandson and the idea I didn’t have to get out of the car put a real big smile on my face. The staff explained every detail and the price before proceeding to complete the oil change. Customer Service was excellent 100😃. I know I will be returning and encouraging others to come had well. The price quoted over the phone not accurate. I was quoted $94.99 minus the $25.00 coupon would be $69.99 plus tax. My bill was $90.87. I asked why was told that the people quoting the price do not add on the shop fees, oil filter &extra charge for an additional quart etc. I called the customer service line & they said the same thing. Don't go to this ripoff place

I have to commend the 2 employees that were there this afternoon. Carson and Ridley, they helped me out. I cannot believe how excellent their customer service was. How accommodating they were... They even went above and beyond by honoring a coupon that I couldn't quite bring up on my phone. I was blown away by the service. You've earned a lifelong customer because of these 2 young men.... They were fast to come up to my car, to tell me that I couldn't know the price of my oil change, and they could not tell me until after I was already parked inside the bay. I asked why I couldn't know the price, and they had no answer for me. I would not recommend this rip-off of an oil change service.

Take 5 oil reinstalled oil pan plug crossthread. Damaged oil Pan. Caused leaks. Verified damage with a Honda Certified mechanic. Take 5 declined claim stating "wore our plug/pan". Sent in multiple photos and estimate from certified Dealer. Still denied claim. DO NOT USE TAKE 5 OIL if you want to use your vehicle safely.

Rio Rancho, NM location. Marcos in the pit was very kind, upbeat and professional. Katie in safety and the svs. writer was amazing she explained everything, updated my information and was honest with me- which actually made me want to spend more on the things I actually needed. That is sooo hard to find. 1000% impressed. and the rest of the gang there Isaac and Josh were also professional and welcoming. Highly recommend

The staff on State Rd, Cuyahoga Falls were either very unfriendly or indifferent. They didn't educate me on the different synthetic oils, which may have influenced my decision since the miles in between oil changes vary greatly. I won't go back since the other 15 minute oil change place has such friendly staff who educate the customer!

First of all I just waited 45 minutes on the phone after I called and was transferred to the complaint dept. Nobody at all picked up.So I am writing my review. I live in Gilbert Az. I stopped in for my oil change yesterday (Sunday 6-14-26) at your shop off of Market Street. It had 2 cars in the 3 car stalls. The gentleman (Robert Asst Mgr greeted me with a bottle of water ) nice gesture. He told me he had 1 car with 5 minutes left and another car with 15 minutes left so it would be about 20 minutes to start my oil change . I pulled into the empty stall. I am 70 years old and in pretty good health. 20 min utes came and went so at about 30 minutes Robert started pumping the oil out of my engine. Mind you... This is Arizona I was getting rather warm as it was 98 degrees in my car so I had to get out.I was told to keep my car turned off. I told Robert I couldn't stay in my car it was too hot and that I was going for a walk. "No Sir you can't leave your car. That is policy. It is like McDonalds drive through you have to stay in your car" He suggested I open my windows and stay in my car. If he wasn't already pulling the oil out of my engine I would have left. So...nothing I could do. He tried to cool me off with a fan he had brought from home but it was too far away to do any good. It is RIDICULOUS TO MAKE SOMEONE WAIT IN THEIR CAR IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER. There is no air conditioner in your shop and I didn't see a swamp cooler in there either. I will NEVER go into another Take5. All I wanted to do was take a walk off the property to cool off and it wasn't allowed. I don't know how your employees work in those conditions either.
